Hygienist

Meet Mariela, the most gentle and thorough hygienist you’ll ever meet! Mariela was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Rio Salado Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene of Applied Sciences in 2022. Her top priority is to educate each patient to achieve optimal oral health. She strives herself on making them feel comfortable during their dental visits and helps patients plan their personal home care routines to help maintain their dental health. Outside of her role as a dedicated dental hygienist, she enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, family and friends. She values staying active and healthy through cycling and pilates, which help her maintain balance and energy both in and out of the clinic.

Office Manager

Meet Jennifer, our highly experienced and dedicated office manager! She brings an impressive 26 years of knowledge across all facets of dental office operations. Her journey in the dental field began as a dental assistant, providing her with a strong foundation and firsthand understanding of patient care.

Approximately ten years ago, Jennifer transitioned into management, where she has since excelled in leading our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our practice. Jennifer’s overarching professional goal is to brighten the smile of every patient who walks through our doors. She is deeply committed to upholding our office’s core values, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for both our patients and our team. Originally hailing from Arizona, Jennifer’s life has taken her to various locations across the country alongside her husband, Scott, during his service in the Air Force. Family is a cornerstone of Jennifer’s life.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jennifer cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones, including her loyal Belgian Malinois, Nakita and her two beloved grandsons. To unwind, Jennifer enjoys a variety of hobbies such as reading, camping and craft work. Her multifaceted personality and dedication to both her professional and personal life make Jennifer an invaluable asset to our team and a welcoming presence for our patients.

Superstar Hygiene Coordinator

Meet Isabella, our superstar hygiene coordinator, is from Phoenix, Arizona, with a strong passion for the dental field and patient care. She began her journey in 2022, pursuing dental assisting and graduating in May 2023. Although she initially planned to continue her education to become a dental hygienist, Isabella took a chance on a new path as a front desk coordinator—a role where she quickly found her strengths and purpose. Known for her dedication to excellent customer service, Isabella excels in scheduling and patient communication, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she takes pride in being able to connect with and support a diverse patient base. Currently part of the team at Love Dental, Isabella deeply values the positive and professional environment, and is proud to work alongside a team that consistently prioritizes high-quality patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family, and taking daily walks with her beloved miniature poodle, Lulu.

Yovana

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Meet Yovana, our do-it-all superstar Expanded Functions Dental Assistant! Born in Mexico and raised in Arizona, Yovana has called the state home for the past 15 years. She completed her Dental Assisting program in Tucson before moving to Phoenix, where she became an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). Yovana is passionate about her role as a dental assistant, and one of her goals is to enhance the patient experience by helping ease dental fears. Currently, she is completing her college prerequisites with the goal of attending dental school and advancing her career in dentistry. Outside of her professional life, Yovana loves to visit her hometown to spend time with her family. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her boyfriend, and going on long walks with their adorable puppy.

Isis

Dental Assistant

Meet Isis, our most loyal and most experienced dental assistant! Born in Valdosta, Georgia, Isis experienced a diverse upbringing as a military child, residing in six different states and even living abroad before her return to the sunny climate of Arizona in September 2023. Her journey into the field of dentistry commenced in June 2022, marking the beginning of a career focused on oral healthcare. In October 2023, Isis joined the team and has been with us ever since! Isis possesses a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care. Her priority lies in ensuring each patient feels comfortable and at ease throughout their dental experience. Beyond her professional endeavors, Isis embraces a love for exploration through travel, an appreciation for culinary adventures in discovering new restaurants, and cherishes quality time spent with her beloved family.

As our official therapy dog, he’s here to help ease dental anxiety and create a calming environment. Whether he’s offering a paw to hold or just being his sweet, gentle self, Grizzly is a valued member of our team who makes every visit a little more enjoyable.
